- Information Accuracy: Any information you submit to the Platform (such as through a job posting form or contact form) must be accurate, current, and complete.
3. Terms for Employers
If you use the Platform to submit job openings, you agree to the following:
- Accurate Listings: All submitted job postings must represent genuine, active openings.
- Compliance with Laws: Your postings and hiring practices must comply with all applicable local, national, and international labor and employment laws, including those regarding equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination.
- Prohibited Fees: You may not charge Job Seekers any fees to apply for a job or as a condition of employment.
- External Applications: As we do not host user profiles or application inboxes, you are responsible for providing secure, functioning links or contact methods for Job Seekers to apply.
4. Terms for Job Seekers
If you use the Platform to search for jobs, you agree to the following:
- Third-Party Applications: Applying for a job will typically direct you to an Employer’s external website or require you to contact them directly via email. We are not responsible for the security, privacy practices, or application processes of those third-party sites.
- Direct Communication: You understand that applying for a job does not guarantee an interview or employment. Communication regarding the hiring process is handled entirely by the Employer.
- Risk Assumption: You assume all risks associated with dealing with Employers, sharing your personal information with them, and attending interviews.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Whether you are an Employer or a Job Seeker, you agree not to do any of the following:
- Submit any false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content.
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose, including multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or human trafficking.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security, stability, or performance of the Platform.
- Use contact information obtained from the Platform to harass, abuse, or send unsolicited spam.
6. Fees and Payments
- Job Seekers: The Platform is entirely free for Job Seekers to browse and find application links.
- Employers: Submitting job postings may require a one-time payment. All fees are clearly stated at the time of checkout.
- Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable once a job listing is published, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g., job descriptions). By submitting a job posting, you grant Real Entry Level a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform.
- Our Content: The Platform, including its code, design, logos, and text, is the property of Real Entry Level and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Real Entry Level makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding:
- The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any job posting.
- The likelihood of a Job Seeker finding employment or an Employer finding a suitable candidate.
- The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Entry Level and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.
10. Removal of Content and Access Restriction
We reserve the right to remove any job posting or block any user's IP address and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
